The Durham Schools Counselling Service, part of EWEL service (Emotional Well-being & Effective Learning), is committed to improving our growth and development.

A key objective is understanding how our stakeholders view counselling, in order to improve our communication and service delivery.

We would like to invite you to give your opinion on the following questions. It may be that you don’t know, and that is still useful information for us. There are no right or wrong answers, and your responses will remain confidential, although we will capture data about each school setting.

Please don’t include any specific details about children and young people that might risk them being identified, confidentiality is really important to us!

If you want to be included in any possible focus groups following from this research then please fill in the data capture section at the end. These details will only used by Durham Schools Counselling service in order to hold focus groups about service delivery. All personal data will be destroyed at the end of this project (31st August 2019)
