You are invited to tender for the installation of heating works at the school.

The aim of the project is to install new heating to two large hall areas and replace outdated plant that supplies heat to various areas in school.

The project is for the winning proposal to fully design and install and appropriate solution that meets the following requirements:

  • To remove existing boilers and associated plant equipment in plant room, replacing with consolidated boiler plant inclusive of controls modifications, electrical installation, and any other work associated with the installation.
  • To reroute pipework from plant room through hall and dining room, supplying and connecting to 6 new mechanical convector heaters. Inclusive of all electrical installation and any other work associated with the installation. To repipe to existing pipework that runs to the Science block.

Works must be completed by suitably qualified and experienced personnel and be guaranteed for parts and labour for a minimum period of 12 months after sign off.

Contractors are to submit their proposals via sealed envelope made addressable to Jonathan Coates at the school's address. Envelopes must be marked 'TENDER'.
